1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, uploading a file, or otherwise using the services of Hawkesbury 3D ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are based on the information and 3D models you provide. Quotes are valid for a period of 30 days. Prices are subject to change based on modifications to the model, materials, or other print specifications. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders and Payment

Full payment is required before we begin processing any order. We accept payment through our secure third-party payment processors. By submitting an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. 3D Model Submissions

You are responsible for the 3D models you upload. We require models to be in STL, OBJ, or other supported formats. You acknowledge that you have the right to use and reproduce the models you submit. We are not responsible for errors in the models provided by you.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to the 3D models you upload. By submitting a model, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the model for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims of intellectual property infringement arising from our use of your models.

6. Quality and Inspection

We strive to produce high-quality 3D prints. However, due to the nature of 3D printing, minor imperfections may occur. You are responsible for inspecting your order upon receipt. Any claims for defects must be made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services will not exceed the total amount paid for the order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. We are not responsible for the performance or fitness for a particular purpose of any 3D printed part.

8. Cancellation and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our services, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. We do not accept returns except in the case of a manufacturing defect. If you believe your part is defective, please contact us to arrange for an inspection.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
